Free, Peer-led Workouts for Men in Boston
Below is a list of our F3 Boston workouts, locations, days and times. Currently, F3 Boston meets 3 days a week (Tues, Thur, Sat) and our bootcamp style workouts typically combine body weight movements, some running, stairs and sometimes we carry heavy stuff. Workouts are peer-led in a rotating fashion (that's the fun of it; you never know what's coming next) and they always end in a circle of trust. Remember, we meet rain or shine, hot or cold and yes, it's early, but it's worth it! Your future self will thank you and you'll be better just for showing up.
